We celebrated Lucy's first birthday in April with my mom, grandparents, and my siblings and then again the week after with anyone from Ryan's family that could come. The highlight for her was for sure all of the frosting on her little cake. She dove right in and loved it! She also loved the attention and the gifts. But the tissue paper from the gifts was more exciting than the actual gifts. As can only be expected with a one year old.
Lucy is such a fun addition to our family. She is so sweet and happy when she's happy and very fiery and passionate when she isn't. ;) She loves everything her big sister does, and loves to be very close to me at all times. We love this little girl and can't wait to see who she becomes. <3
As usual, I can't seem to narrow the pictures down. So, prepare ahead of time for lots and lots of pictures of a very cute birthday girl.
